For children aged 4-9 yrs we have the amazing Punchin Pandas programme. Developed by Master Instructor Julie Hutton who for numerous years worked with the Leicestershire Education Authority as a Playscheme Coordinator/Manager, each session is a fun filled way of building confidence, and teaching discipline, focus and providing them with the skills and Knowledge to build a brighter future for themselves. For Ages 7-12 we have our Junior Dragons program, which using a carefully created and proven martial arts system that includes Self Defence classes, Goal Setting exercises, Beat the Bully scenarios, Confidence & Concentration growing skills that will prepare your children for the challenges and negative influences they will face in life. We also have our famous Teen and Adult mixed Martial Art classes which are renowned for the special atmosphere created by our full time Professional Instructors. Including Elements of the Major Martial Arts disciplines such as Karate, Kickboxing, Taekwondo, Judo, MMA and many more, it`s great for getting into shape, making new friends, learning self defence and letting off steam!
