Lee Norbury has always had a passion for planting, growing and all things gardening. His vast experience in the field and his extensive knowledge base started with his apprenticeship at Calverts Nurseries in Chilwell over 25 years ago, where he had to deal with hundreds of different varieties of plants and identify them all by common and Latin names as well as having to know how to grow, reproduce and harvest them.

Originally the company concentrated on the maintenance of private gardens and the company quickly acquired an enviable reputation for a high quality service with reliability, attention to detail and customer interaction being the key focus points.
