Eleanor Wildy Counselling

My practice is at the New Street Clinic, 20 New Street, Horsham, West Sussex. RH13 5DU. The clinic is a 10 minute walk from Horsham town centre. The clinic not only provides counselling and psychotherapy but also other complementary therapies such as osteopathy, acupuncture and Bowen therapy. Counselling and psychotherapy can help alleviate distress, be less critical and punishing towards oneself as well as understand ourselves better and create a different future. As a counsellor I am committed to providing a safe, confidential and non-judgemental counselling service. For you to want to feel differently is courageous and is a big step towards feeling better about yourself. You know when you are feeling unhappy and how it affects you. Our mental health also impacts our physical health, such as aches and pains, headaches and stomach problems. Its hard work when you feel down, stressed or depressed and can sap your energy. You may experience negative thoughts towards yourself or others, feel angry or experience differences in your sleep. Your personal and/or professional relationships can become distant or feel insecure.
