Sanding is required when a wooden floor has suffered wear or you may lift a carpet and find an original floor that would enhance the room if it was sanded to restore the floor to its once brand new appearance.

Over time wooden floors begin to lose their shine, if a floor is not properly maintained the finish may wear and sanding is the only option but a floor can be saved before that action is needed by having the floor cleaned & buffed to revive the floor to its previous shine.
