At our root, we are a firm of Chartered Building Surveyors, members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. This gives us a unique perspective on the construction industry because we can both design, and project manage schemes. Project management is a particular forté because not only do we understand current construction technology and buildability, we also see things from the designers' viewpoint and often provide added value to clients compared, for example, to surveyors with a Quantity Surveying background.

Secondly, we try to offer added value to clients and the rest of the team. Rod, and Andy the two principle surveyors along with Brian Ellis have 80+ years experience between them on an incredibly wide range of projects and commissions. We use this experience to steer clients around potential problems for the benefit of the whole team.
