Employment Coaching

We believe that everyone has the potential to gain long term, meaningful employment. We recognise the barriers to achieving this, particularly in those who have been out of work for a significant period of time. We know that most of these barriers come from within, and can therefore be overcome through appropriate support, life coaching and development. We provide a unique life skills coaching programme built on years of scientific research.
