We are a small and new Business Consultancy based in Glasgow, Scotland, focussed on helping small and medium enterprises finding their place in the international market and grow with us. We provide not only consultancy but also training and turnaround management for distressed companies.

We work with our clients from the inside but step back to sense check for limiting beliefs and misconceptions. Our clients know best but that knowledge can solidify into rigid perceptions that can stagnate a business and reduce performance. Our job is to turn that knowledge into strategy and implement it.
