We implement a No Fix – No Fee Policy to our clients. In its simplest terms, if the problem you introduce to us is not third party caused & we cannot resolve it; we won’t charge you for any labour. We believe in value for money and high customer satisfaction thus we offer all our clients no hourly charges. We charge in 30-minute blocks & from the 2nd block onwards we round to the nearest 30 minutes, thus drastically reducing your business IT support costs.
