We live in a fast paced world which can have a detrimental effect on our health and wellbeing. Anxiety and stress related conditions are on the increase and the World Health Organisation is predicting that depression will be the 2nd biggest disability in the world by 2020. These conditions not only effect the individual but also those around them impacting on personal, social and work life, often leading to exclusion and isolation. In October 2018 Boutique Pilates & Wellness Studio opened its doors. It has been so lovely meeting new people, chatting, and watching the studio just come alive. The foundations have now been laid and I can't wait to continue to build a caring, sharing, supportive community. The studio will not only allow me to broaden my range of services but also give me the platform to collaborate with likeminded health and wellbeing professionals to share our experiences, knowledge and expertise through support groups and educational workshops.
