Our architects have vast experience on all building types whether it is a new build, existing property, industrial, conservation or repair and maintenance work on historic and listed buildings. Our architects will take you through each stage step by step from the initial design concept to the finished building. We will not impose our own tastes on you, we will guide you on your options to gain a better understanding of your personal taste. Equilibrium are CDM Coordinators and are member of the Association for Project Safety. We have considerable experience working as CDMCs on a large variety of construction schemes from small commercial projects to large schemes with a value of £2 million.
