ER Constructions Ltd is a house building contractor specialising in new build homes, timber frame projects, renovations, refurbishment and house extensions. We can offer complete building service overseeing, organising and managing all aspects of the whole building project with all necessary Building Control, HSE and CDM (Construction Design and Management) compliance. We also provide complete services for specific works, such as timber frame erection, all aspects of carpentry, roofing, cladding, Velfac window installation, shopfitting, kitchen and bathroom fitting and many more. Sub-contract can also be a house shell erection contract whereby we build the house watertight, giving the opportunity for self-builder to complete internal works themselves. Over the years we have maintained professional skilled, CSCS compliant workforce and well established relationships with our professional advisors, such as structural engineer, architect, arboriculturist and planning advisor.
