Essential Selection was established in 2006 and is located within the thriving Colchester business district of Severalls, just north of Colchester, Essex. After a number of years successful recruitment and headhunting experience in Colchester, Ipswich, Chelmsford, Braintree, Harwich, Clacton and other surrounding areas. Paul decided to take the opportunity to offer his clients and candidates a more human and personal approach.
