EWS Chartered Surveyors

EWS Chartered Surveyors was formed in 1991 by George Woodward, the firm's Managing Director, and two other chartered surveyors and the company is now owned and run by five directors who, collectively, have over 100 years experience in the East Anglian property market.

Each director heads up a distinct strand of the business - Commercial Agency, Consultancy & Development, Professional Services and Property Management - together with fee-earning staff members and administrative / financial support staff.

EWS enjoys a reputation of 'punching above its weight' in terms of the size and complexity of many of the projects the company is involved in. The firm is small enough to provide its clients with a distinctly personal service yet big enough to take on large and complex jobs. Two of the directors previously worked for the leading national firm, Healey & Baker, now Cushman & Wakefield.
