Excel Air Conditioning Ltdd operates from its Hertfordshire base with a service engineering team covering the whole of the UK. We are proud to comment that all of our major equipment chiller sales remain under our maintenance control from their original installation, which for some of our earlier projects is now over 7 years, we have a strong working relationship based on performance, trust and reliability with our customer base.
We also service and maintain chillers of other manufacturers, however we try to limit this to units on the same site as our own installs so as not to dilute our resources. Our repertoire also covers specialist chiller plant evaluation reports for clients to obtain an “independent” specialist view on problem installations.
Our sales team have considerable experience to advise our customer base on best practice solutions for new installations in terms of energy efficiency, acoustics and plant area layouts for good airflow (with air cooled chillers) along with future maintainability.
Our service team not only commission new installations into operation and instruct the plant owner on unit operation they also carry out routine maintenance on our own product range along with those.
