If your shoes do arrive in faulty condition, or are wrongly sent to you please contact us before you send them back to get a free returns label. Please be aware to receive a full refund the goods must be returned to us in an unused state and in the original undamaged packaging. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item of your intention to return. When returning goods please ensure you keep a proof of postage as it is your responsibility if returned goods are lost.
