Why not pop along and see for yourself? We offer great independent advice based on a lifetime of experience of animal welfare and pet keeping. As a family run business, we take our responsibility for the welfare of your pets as seriously as we do the care of our own. We are constantly trying to source new products for our business and the majority of our products are tested on our own, or family/friends, pets before they go on our shelves. But we will gladly point you in the direction of local rescue centres who have hundreds of adorable animals looking for homes due to no fault of their own.

Fido & Felix are not part of a large chain of stores; we are a completely independent pet care company, so you can be assured that our reputation is everything to us. If you need advice on any aspect of caring for your pets whether it's a training issue, advice about nutrition or simply trying to find a suitable collar, you are always made welcome at Fido & Felix.
