Fife Yoga Fit based in Dunfermline, Fife (Scotland) with holistic classes in Kirkcaldy, Burntisland, and Lochgelly. Whether teaching on an individual or group basis, Clare combines Hatha yoga, breathing and meditation, with gentle therapeutic styles, seated, back care yoga (YHLB), pregnancy, restorative, Yin, Kundalini and Yoga Nidra to create classes that are mindful, deeply relaxing and rejuvenating; an experience that resonates beyond the mat. Putting students at ease, all abilities, body shapes and sizes are integrated as she guides you through the most common sequences step by step. In small groups or in 121 classes she can tailor the class for those who require a stronger practice in the style of vinyasa, with principles of alignment from Iyengar while teaching from her authentic self.
