Financial & Legal is a UK-based market leading provider of legal expenses insurance, regulated by both the Prudential Regulation Authority and the Financial Conduct Authority. Established in 1995, we started out providing Before the Event Insurance; following the introduction of the Access to Justice Act in 1999, we began underwriting After the Event Insurance too. We have a responsibility to clients to not only provide full protection but also ensure that our premiums are commensurate with the risk and kept as low as possible.
