That person is me, Vicky. Hi! I’m a qualified Counsellor and Master NLP Practitioner. This means I can help you to understand what is happening in your life and reassure you that there is someone you can talk to who won’t judge, discriminate or criticise, but will work alongside you to help you achieve what you want. My ethos is about empowerment. My approach is to enable you to take control of your life and move forward by exploring the issues in a supportive, comfortable and confidential environment that is individually tailored to your needs. I work with a wide range of clients either on a one to one or group basis whichever you feel more comfortable with. Helping you to understand your current situation which can sometimes involve complex and overwhelming thoughts and feelings.
