Want to be Active, Healthy and have Fun? You can't start too young. We offer various ways to get fit. FITZONE offers great workouts for people of all ages in two well equipped fitness gyms. Awide range of daily fitness classes are run in the Dance studio. Junior Fitzone gets children thinking about fitness from a young age. They come to enjoy the challenges the instructors set. Toddlers can start fun gymnastics classes as soon as they can walk in our parent & child 'Gym Tots' sessions, one of our under 5's classes. They will have fun, you will spend quality time with them and both of you will both make new friends too. When they move into Mini Gym or after school classes parents can enjoy a work out in 'FITZONE ' or try a class while the children do their gymnastics.
