Fiona Porter set up the business in 2002 and brings a wealth of experience as facilitator, trainer and coach in Leadership Development. By being able to view development solutions in a creative and practical way, she demonstrates repeatedly her instinctive knack of very swiftly ‘getting’ individual companies and organisations, in a way that allows her to design and deliver bespoke, client-led leadership development programmes to specifically meet the culture, needs and aspirations of her clients.
