We act for a number of well-established Irish, British and European Insurance Companies and, as a result, enjoy significant experience in the field of defence insurance litigation. The practice offers a comprehensive, professional and expeditious litigation service at a cost which is reasonable, predictable and proportionate to the value and the complexity of the individual cases. We have invested heavily in IT.

We use Windows-based file servers, email, wordprocessing and spreadsheet packages. The firm is instructed by one of Northern Ireland's leading Insurers by means of one such data-based package. All Solicitors have permanent desktop Internet access. The IT investment provides the technology to monitor the progress of litigation and deliver on our overriding objective of resolving cases at the earliest appropriate time. At present too many cases settle at the door of the Court.
