Furlongs Travel arranges tailor-made escorted tours for the discerning traveller. Our tour programme varies from year to year but often features a mix of European and Worldwide destinations. Recent and upcoming tours include Antarctica, Galápagos, Myanmar, Namibia and Norway.

Each holiday is planned in great detail. Richard or Dawn undertakes a recce to inspect accommodations, meet potential suppliers first hand and take advice from local guides and experts. Following this first-hand research, we design a quality itinerary featuring better accommodations and incorporating meals, flights, and a comprehensive sightseeing and excursion programme.

We prefer to contact our suppliers direct. Most tour operators use local agents but dealing directly gives us a unique control over day-to-day tour operations and allows us to provide a particularly high level of care and attention, together with exceptional value for money.
