We are a team of experienced Lean Consultants with decades of knowledge gained from working in senior positions in Operations, Change Management and Business Transformation roles. Our work has taken us around the globe within manufacturing, healthcare and service sectors for SME's and large corporate organisations as employees and sub contract consultants. We are owned and managed by Gary Sheader, who left a successful management career back in January 2010, not to build an empire with Futurestate Solutions, but with a burning desire to make it easier for you to improve your operations and cultures on an affordable budget. He felt that the consultancy and advisory roles of old needed to make way for a more dynamic and open minded method, which will achieve more profitable results that are SUSTAINABLE, with less jargon and complexity.
