A Design & Build company located in the North East of England. We have been involved in the construction industry throughout the UK for over 30 years. Primarily a construction company, but over many years of construction we have found ourselves designing as well as building our own projects. Our main areas are domestic and residential properties, but commercial and small industrial projects can also be undertaken. This website concentrates mainly on our design side of the business. You can also view our fixed price fees and pricing up front, larger projects not listed may have to be priced accordingly. Please remember if doing a price comparison that all our plans are drawn up for both planning & building regulations approval, not just for planning permission.
