I specialise in trauma (PTSD) and provide therapy to those who have been through difficult experiences, working to help people find themselves again. I endeavour to listen openly, understand deeply and work respectfully. I work with a wide range of people including those from LGBT, minority, culturally diverse backgrounds. Whatever your issue or diversity need, I am probably fine with it. I also have an academic career as a university lecturer, leading a doctoral training programme in Psychology. In previous jobs, I have worked in NHS long term psychotherapy settings, primary care mental health, and with charity organisations helping those with complex mental health issues to achieve some greater autonomy and personal freedom.
