Golf Performance Academy

Golf Performance Academy was established by Luke Perrin as a means to help improve the performance of golfers through proper fitness training and nutrition, as well as improve fitness professionals understanding of proper golf performance. Luke has been in the fitness industry since 2004 and has extensive experience working with individuals on changing body shape, the treatment and prevention of injuries, and working in professional football working on injury prevention and performance on the individual players using his own methods of training, which he has now brought his training technique into golf. He has also had a series of articles on sports performance published in a local paper.
