We pride ourselves on an exceptionally high standard of fitting. Laminate flooring is extremely hard wearing and is scratch and water resistant, ideal for high traffic areas. Laid as a floating floor via a click system there is no need for adhesives. It has a High Density Fibre (HDF) core board with a photographic image on top, which is coated with a tough melamine wear layer. Engineered Wood offers the appearance of a solid wood without the need for nailing or gluing and is ideal for areas where solid wood is not recommended such as on a concrete sub-floor. Available in tongue and groove glue system and click system, both of which are laid as a floating floor. It consists of layered tiers of real wood pressed together, with a veneer finish top ranging from 0.5 to 6mm and is available in a lacquered or oiled finish, which can be sanded.
