Our software products, GRACE (Governance, Risk and Control Evaluation) and HARRIET (Hazard Assessment and Risk Review Identification Evaluation and Treatment) were developed and piloted for the public sector environment with Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council.

Our Risk and Control Profiles cover over 180 different services, processes and functions, detailing corporate, financial and operational risks, controls and compliance tests. These Risk and Control Templates are used to compile Risk Registers and Audit Programmes We can provide risk management and audit training and consultancy either as a stand alone service or linked the implementation of GRACE and/or HARRIET.
