Grange Property Services

Grange Property Services was formed in 2005 by Fiona Waugh. After gaining a degree in Estate Management from the Royal Agricultural College, Fiona worked for Regional Surveying Practices gaining valuable residential and commercial knowledge. This was expanded further with her work for both a Housing Association and Defence of Estates where managing RAF Stations was predominantly her speciality.

Concurrently a Director of BBB Farms Ltd, a family farming business that has substantially diversified to provide 60,000 sq.ft of business space in Braintree and 10 acres of Caravan Storage. With the first hand experience of being a Landlord the desire to let or sell property is perhaps stronger and only adds to the determination to find quality tenants and buyers for properties in good time.
