Having myself spent 17 years in Senior Management for some of the UK's top Manufacturers, such as BMW I understand the value of customer satisfaction and repeat business. By 'Delighting Customers', a large percentage of our sales consist of repeat business and recommendations. Another key factor is pricing, by carefully managing overheads, we are able to operate on much lower profit margins than many dealers, resulting in a great deal for the customer.
