Grate Expectations participated in the renovations carried out at Kylemore House Kingston by supplying and installing all the fireplaces and flues from start to finish. Kylemore House went on to win Best Luxury Home and Best Out of London Home Awards 2014.

Grate Expectations continue to Specialise in antique period fireplaces taking great pride in our marble restoration & cast iron work, with our in house stone mason we can strip, repair & repolish a period marble to its former glory.
