Greenward Associates Chartered Surveyors and designers was established in 2005 by Tom Green and Brian Ward, who have a combined construction knowledge in excess of 30 years. We currently employ a team of surveyors and architectural technicians, all with a good degree of building experience and computer aided design skills. The practice has expanded in all aspects of building consultancy and we are able to offer a complete package of services that encompasses property design, construction, defects and management.
