The 2005 Rates Revaluation comes into effect in April. Hadley Kyte & Co are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a governing body who aims to promote best practice, represent consumers' interests and provide impartial advice to society, businesses, governments and global organisations.
