Hands On Recovery

Claire Lee is the principal practitioner at Hands On Recovery, having qualified in 2012 from the prestigious London School of Sports Massage trained by Mel Cash. As a racing cyclist at national level Claire has a good understanding of the training requirements for many different sports. She has worked at cycling training camps in Europe, major cycling events such as World Masters Track Championships at Manchester Velodrome as the accredited masseur as well as with physiotherapists in private practice in the UK.

Claire is also a therapist for The Disability Foundation at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital Stanmore. Amateur cyclists, National and international athletes and dancers, Office workers, Retired & elderly people, School children, and people with debilitating conditions. As a member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage (ISRM) and the Complimentary National Healthcare Regulator (CNHC) which is a government backed regulatory body.
