As well as keeping a current British Psychological Association membership I also have years of experience of professional client / patient confidentiality, as well as professional training in multiple methods by which to tackle different issues e.g. phobias, dealing with ill health, low self-esteem and parental stress. I am a calm, enthusiastic, understanding and empathetic therapist who can help women make changes to their lives. I help to guide the client through a programme to unlock mental skills and coping strategies every individual has but most clients need help accessing and utilising, while at the same time providing on-going support and advice. As the NLP practioner and Psychologist, I am able to be a confidential and impartial listener and motivator, while providing my clients with focus and mental clarity. My georgraphical areas that I cover for NLP therapy are Petersfield, Winchester, Southampton, Alresford, Eastleigh - Hampshire in particular but am happy to extend this region.
