We are an Independent Opticians in Mirfield, with dedicated and knowledgable staff, providing Eye Tests, Standard & Designer Glasses, Contact Lenses & advice on eye health and vision optimisation. We provide Mirfield and the surrounding areas with the highest standard of eyecare using the very latest in eye examination technology, coupled with the latest in spectacle lenses, designer glasses and contact lens technology with dedicated and professional staff. The new owners, Dr Elvira Akhtar and her husband Mr Atiq Akhtar, took over the Opticians in December 2015 and are registered Optometrists — with over 12 years combined experience in the optical profession. Having worked for the majority of multiple Opticians over the past 6 years, Atiq & Ellie found that with production line policies there simply wasn’t always the time to provide quality eyecare, or the most appropriate product available.
