Harrogate PPC

Harrogate PPC or Harrogate Personal Property Consultants is a trade style for Force 10 Property Management Ltd., which was founded in 2008 by Ovidiu Staicu and Tony Ward in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

Force 10 Property Management started as a business aiming to deliver property management with a difference. A difference (for the better, of course!) in customer satisfaction for both landlords and tenants alike. As Tony was running also a separate business - Force 10 Recruitment -, Force 10 Property Management started with Ovidiu doing everything - from marketing and sales to the effective property management and lettings itself - you name it, he's done it all.

As the property portfolio started to increase, it was clear that he couldn't do everything himself. So, in 2009 Ovidiu began to recruit more personnel.
