Harwood Flooring

We are owned by our directors Liam and Kerry Harwood and was established in June 2013. Liam has been working within the flooring trade for over 20 years, having being involved with his Dad’s flooring businesses in Caister and Lowestoft when leaving school.

Over the years Liam has worked across many different areas within the flooring trade, including measuring, estimating, purchasing and fitting and although having worked predominantly in local area, has spent time working in London, where fitting floors in St James Palace was a highlight of his work experience.

As a well respected floor fitter, Liam specialises in the fitting of Luxury Vinyl Tile products such as Amtico and Karndean, along with the necessary floor preparation skills such as Latex Screeding and Plyboarding. Liam holds a level 2 NVQ Diploma in Floorlaying Occupations.

In 2011 Liam set up an artificial grass company, in the knowledge that artificial grass was increasing in popularity to homeowners, businesses and public service sectors (schools etc.) This now forms an important part of the new business venture and has proved very successful.
