Healthy Influence

My goal is to help families to eat as well as possible, despite their hectic lives, whilst being realistic that few people manage to have a perfect diet all of the time.I have a particular interest in autoimmune conditions, digestive wellbeing, hormones and energy levels (today's lifestyles can play havoc in these areas) and strong immunity (particularly in children), along with helping parents to deal with the worry and frustration that often comes with fussy eaters, having researched this topic extensively.I am also passionate about maintaining a healthy mind and body into our old age and am keen to share my knowledge with those who have concerns about dementia or over reliance on medications for themselves or elderly relatives and are interested in taking a more natural approach.
