I specialise in Holistic Care, supporting individuals experiencing pain, stress, anxiety and low mood. I aim to support total pain recognising that physical, emotion and spiritual pain are deeply connected. I utilise a variety Traditional Therapies, including Acupuncture, Battlefield Acupuncture, Crystal Therapy, Qi Gung and Reiki alongside Holistic Methods including Aromatherapy and Cupping. I also deliver one to one training and guidance in techniques that promote a positive mind set and aim to provide you with the best support programme engineered to your individual needs.
