In my view, anything that is bothering you and preventing you from making the most of your life is worth exploring - however hopeless or trivial it may seem. This process is often much easier with someone who is not family or a friend, but trained in understanding. My approach is never judgemental and I do not give advice. My role is to listen and offer support when people are stuck, in conflict or confused by their thoughts and feelings. I offer face-to-face individual therapy, in confidence, in a calm, peaceful and private setting in Henley-on-Thames. It is time set aside just for you, to help you make sense of things.
