We are based in Forest Row, on the edge of Ashdown Forest, an area of outstanding natural beauty in the heart of East Sussex. We specialise in cleansing and detoxing routines and our shop, clinic and mail order service are designed to offer both practitioner guided and self-help routines and therapies.

The Holden Natural Health Clinic operates on the principle that the patient takes responsibility for their own health and healing process, using the knowledge and experience of clinic practitioners as a guide, and various therapies as part of their healing programme.
