I was a primary school teacher for 15 years and thoroughly enjoyed watching children develop and progress over those years. Having my own children has made me understand the importance of good quality childcare, while teaching also made me realise how vital it is to provide kids with a safe learning environment, in which they can flourish. As a mother, I want to provide a home from home environment, so children in my care feel secure and happy. I will endeavour to provide a service which will support and nurture your child's learning in a caring home environment. You as a parent know your child better than anyone else and it is vital that you have as much input as possible into how your child is cared for, therefore parent liaison is of utmost importance. A spacious purpose built playroom overlooks our large garden, which is great for exploring. A separate baby room is available for nap times, so little ones can sleep in a cot without being disturbed. We have a large range of toys and equipment available for children to choose from and child initiated learning is encouraged from the start. Learning through play leads to happy children.
