Home Farm sits in a delightfully quiet rural location on the outskirts of Muir of Ord, a village on the Black Isle close to Inverness. We are graded four star GOLD by the Scottish Tourist Board. Visitors to our Bed & Breakfast are ideally placed for touring the Scottish Highlands, including Inverness and Loch Ness. Daytrips to the West coast the Isle of Skye and the Cairngorms National Park are also possible. The Black Isle immediately to the NE of Inverness offers many visitor attractions, including the resident bottle-nosed dolphins of the Moray Firth. Inverness, the Highland capital, is only a 20-minute car journey away and has many shops, restaurants and visitor attractions, including specialist whisky shops and kilt makers. The River Ness connecting Loch Ness with the sea has pleasant tree-lined walks. There is so much to do and see why waste time staying at different places each night, wasting precious hours driving from one B&B to another, getting stressed along the way.
