Hospital Lane Dental Practice

From the first point of contact with my initial phone call, to my first meeting with Tony where I cried like a real girlie! On the day of the scan all of my questions were answered and a pre-operative meeting with Don put me at ease. On the day of the actual implants, I felt slightly apprehensive but those fears went as soon as I walked through the door of the surgery. The whole procedure was a breeze and I was so well looked after by Sue afterwards and the friend who came with me got thoroughly spoiled with lunch.

I really can't thank each and every single one of you enough, not only for making me feel so incredibly comfortable over an issue that has dogged my life for so long, but much more importantly you have given me back my inner confidence and I feel fantastic. As I explained to Tony, to be introduced to new people and not cringe inside because I look so horrendous really is the best feeling in the world; to be able to smile and hold my head high is just awesome.
