A chartered surveyor since 1986, Adrian spent the first seven years of his career in retail agency and development with London agents, Hillier Parker and Allsop & Co.

In 1992, he set up Hindley Howse with Rod Hindley. Ten years later in 2002, Adrian set up Howse Associates Chartered Surveyors. Over the last few years, Adrian has represented clients on some of the most important property and land transactions in Kent and Sussex. Ian has been a qualified chartered town planner and chartered surveyor for some thirty years.
