Karen, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, has 25 years of HR experience across different industries including Pharma, Telecoms and Professional Services. She specialises in Business Transformations, Organisational Change, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits and HR Information Systems. She helps companies and individuals with outplacement support and career development, using her skills as coach and mentor.

She holds a British Psychological Society Level B+ qualification and is an NLP Practitioner through ITS.
