Cailean Reed has four key relationships with clients, L'Oreal, Racoon hair extension and now with Balmian hair extension. He is a state registered senior hairdresser, is a L'Oreal colour technician, holds the International Diploma in Hair Extensions from Racoon International (There are only 10 in UK and Europe) and is a Balmain associate.

Cailean began his career with Harold Kramer in 1982 and qualified with a City and Guilds Advanced Certificate in 1986. When he was at college he won the Schwartzkopf Sliver Scissors for styling when he was just 17 years of age. He trained with L'Oreal in London and Paris and qualified in colour technology, cutting and perming. With Racoon international he qualified with his International Hair Extension Diploma in 2011 after undertaking a number of advanced programs in hair work.
