Iccha Yoga

Aimee gained her RYT200 at YogaLondon and completed her 300hr Advance Teacher Training with Yoga University. Aimee also is a qualified Hot Yoga teacher. She continues to train under the guidance of her teachers Stewart Gilchrist, Marcus Veda, Kathy Ran and Emi Tull, whilst giving thanks to all her teachers she has been fortunate to meet. A creative dynamic flow teamed with great music and a 'can do' attitude. This class will raise the heart beat, calm the mind and awaken you to your body's true potential. Taking inspiration from Bikram and fusing this with a modern day approach. These classes are hot, empowering and detoxifying - great for all levels.
